Opening Escrow Window
We pride ourselves on opening escrow within the first 3 hours of the contract form being received (before 2p during business hours). Opening Escrow is extremely important in this market as transactions move VERY quickly!

Listing Coordination

Draft, review and send all listing documents to client and listing brokerage

If the property is located within a HOA/Condo association, RRE orders all documents prior to listing the property

Contract + Agreement Writing
To remain compliant with local and jurisdictional laws, all contract & agreement writing services are completed by licensed REALTORs ®. We add an extra layer of certification knowing what forms to be used, and how to properly formulate contingencies.
Notary & Signing Agent
At Ratified Real Estate, some of our Transaction Associates hold their notary public and signing agent certification in MD. We offer remote and in-person notary and signing agent services.
